All my movement classes follow the same core principles: If you have a body you are welcome to join! You neither need experience to join nor do you need to be in a good mood. All feelings and everyBody welcome.

Authentic Flow

Authentic flow is a somatic approach to movement through which we listen, taste, see, feel, inquire and learn to be fully our bodies, ourselves.

You can expect asana, somatics, poetic storytelling, free intuitive movement alongside a soundscape, sometimes sound bath and Mantra (with you participating or just receiving).
This allows us to go with what truly is and not what we want there to be. We get out of our own way and learn to, not necessarily feel better, but to get better at feeling.

No experience needed. Just show up, as you are!

Shake the Dust

A movement class that can make you sweat, swear and sing. It can feel like a dance party, a therapy session and a good HIIT workout at the same time. Following the soundscape you can expect somatic free movements, strength and cardio excercises.

It is a space for you to move your whole being and through this movement explore your patterns, resistance and emotions. Allowing to move with and through everything that wants to be there.

One of the things I love about this practice is the music that carries us through the practice as if it was a dance. Not to impress or perform but to liberate! From all the thoughts we have about how our body should look like, move like, feel like. It is a dance of freedom!

Surf Yoga

For me, yoga and surfing are inseparable. Both mean being one with yourself, with nature. Only the present moment is important and the breath, which enriches both asana practice and surfing.
In my classes we focus on experiencing this oneness, both through asana but also through pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. It will be a class that enables you to work on your flexibility, mobility and physical as well as mental strength.

Depending on your needs we can do a calm session for regeneration after a long day of surfing or a more energetic class after a long day at work.

A RestShop: Unlearning the need to be productive

This is a somatic movement course for the ones who always hold it together – and are tired.
For those who show up for everyone else but feel disconnected from their own body.
For the seekers of softness in a world that rewards the hustle.

Over 6 weeks, we’ll explore breath, nervous system, fascia, spine, and ground — not to fix or improve, but to feel.
Each session blends theory with embodied practice, stillness with movement.
A space to slow down, to listen, to unlearn the pressure to perform (even in healing), and to reclaim your own rhythm.

This is for you if you’re craving more ease, more flow, and a deeper connection to your body.
You don’t need to be “good” at anything. Just willing to be present.

Myofascial Release Class

A guided journey where fascia therapy and sound weave together to help you release, repattern, and leave with tools you can use at home.
We’ll dive into the science of fascia — the connective web that holds your body together — and explore how working with it can ease tension, unease, and even pain.
You’ll deepen your understanding of yourself and learn how to support your own release practice.
From there I will guide you through a yummy myofascial release class, accompanied by a soundscape to help you tune into your body’s wisdom, release stored tension and maybe emotions. Finally settling into deep relaxation supported by calming sounds.

Leave feeling lighter, relaxed and more open in your body.

Touch

Through touch we reconnect back with the feeling of being held. You don’t have to do everything alone, you are allowed to ask for help and to receive.

Sound & Ritual

Sound Bath

A journey through sound — to soften, to settle, to simply be.

You’re invited to lie down, get cozy, and be wrapped in a blanket of sounds.
Let different sounds and instruments take you on a journey. Let them become anchors — guiding you back into your body, into the now while at the same time flowing timelessly in space.

This is a space to rest, to release, and to allow your system to return to balance.
No effort needed. Just the willingness to receive.
A soundscape for your nervous system to breathe, reset, and remember what ease feels like.

Cacao Ritual

Ceremonial cacao comes from Central and South America, where it has been used for centuries to connect with the heart, community, and nature. This pure cacao is rich in magnesium and natural mood-boosting compounds that help the body relax and the mind feel clear.

In ceremony, we share a warm cup of cacao, take time to set an intention, and move through practices like meditation, movement, or journaling. Mama Cacao invites us to open up, and feel our connection – with ourselves, with others, and with the natural world around us.

Whether you are seeking clarity, grounding, creativity, or a mindful pause, a cacao ceremony offers a gentle space to reconnect and recharge.
